Moats Office Properties was founded in Palatine in 1988. The same family still owns the buildings, and our own team runs them day to day.
In-house, start to finish
We own, manage, lease and maintain our buildings with our own team. No third-party manager, so proposals, build-outs and renewals move quickly.

Dental, medical and clinical suites alongside traditional offices, with practical floor plans from about 250 to 16,000 square feet.
We keep our tenants
Many of our tenants have been with us for decades. We maintain the buildings, fix what breaks and treat renewals as a relationship.
Brokers
Bring us a new tenant or buyer and you're paid.
We pay a cooperating commission to the procuring broker on new leases and building sales. Register your client with our leasing team before touring, and we'll send floor plans, pricing and terms the same day.
